If you have a Bicom 240i or 260i (Or a clone like the Highscreen A5 PC) and it didn't come with the drivers disc then you may need this. There are drivers for Windows 3.0, Windows 3.1, extra Fonts (Optimized for the 640x400 display res) and some DOS utilities like Flash drivers, IO enablers (For PCMCIA modems, network cards, etc) and such.
