[PC110 Picture] Alan's PC110 Page

The PC110 has an almost Japanese keyboard layout. As a result you need the keymap files to put the buttons in the right places.
PC110 Keymap Files
There are two files you need. The first is the Keymap file loaded by Loadkeys for the consoles. Install this file as /usr/lib/kbd/keytables/pc110.map. Then edit /etc/sysconfig/keyboard and change the KEYTABLE entry
KEYTABLE="/usr/lib/kbd/keytables/pc110.map"
You may want to type
# loadkeys pc110.keymap
before you do this editing so the keys are where you expect.

Download the keymap file.

Under X windows you can either tell the X server to use the keyboard mapping from the console, or to use the Xmodmap you need. Place the Xmodmap file in user directories as .Xmodmap and it will be installed when X windows starts up.

Download the Xmodmap file.
