SSD 240GB 購入 ［to English Note］
私自身の最近のペース・ダウン（更なるスローペース）もあって、計画中の作業が中々捗らないのだが、それをマシン（メイン機）の所為にして、その高速化を図ろうと考えた。
このマシン（VY24A/W-5）に拘る理由は、"FDD、シリアル／パラレル・ポート、PCカード・スロット内蔵"だからだ。
高速化とは言っても、世の中より先回りをしようというわけではなく、後追いなのだが、"ストレージのSSD化"などが有効らしいので、それを試みた。
ただ、現有の「1TB-HDD」を置き換えるのに、「1TB-SSD」を使うことには躊躇した。
価格が、まだ高目だから、壊れ時の差し替えが、容易ではないからだ。
ということで、「UMAX S330 240GB」というのを買って、"OS-Win10"と、"サイト「我楽多苑」更新用のファイル群"だけを載せて、作業が捗るよう試みた。（図１ ￥３,２００送料込み）
載せ替えた結果は．．．あまり良く分からない。ベンチマークも、これが早いのか遅いのかも良く分からない。（図２［クリック］）
体感的には、少し速くなったかな？！という程度だが、未だ使い込んでいないから、絶賛は出来ない。
（現時点で）必要なものや（現時点では）不必要なものを、全てひっくるめて、コピーするのに、多大の時間を費やしてしまった。
Cドライブは、クローン化1回で約4時間、それを失敗も含めて3回ほどやり直したので、計12時間。
Dドライブは、全部のクローン化に約12時間程掛かった。
しかし、これらのデータ群は、ゴミみたいなものも多いが、残しておいても損は無いと思っている。
稀に、昔の資料やデータが役に立つことがあるからだ。
＋＋＋ 分割と拡大 ＋＋＋
私は、昔から、HDDを大小2分割にして、CドライブにOSや小物、Dドライブに多量のデータ群を置く癖がある。
今回は、その（小さい）Cドライブ（80GB）の内容を丸ごと、この「SSD-240GB」へ移して、そこからOS（Win10）を起動出来るようにしたい。
多量のデータ群は、Dドライブ（920GB）に置きたいが、接続は"USB2.0"しかないので、現在のHDDを"安置して使う方法"が無い。
幸い、外置き型の「Buffalo製HD-CXU2 1TB」があるので、これを（クローン化した）Dドライブにしようと考えた。
それを実行した結果は、図４［クリック］の如くで、Dドライブにインストールしたアプリなども、Cドライブ上のOS（Win10）から、矛盾なく呼び出せる。
ただし、クローンを作製した時には、「HD-CXU2」は"Gドライブ"になっていたのだが、後でドライブ名を"Dドライブ"に書き換えた。(OSの「管理ツール」で書き換えが可能）
尚、外した「HDD-1TB」は、暫くそのまま保存しておく予定。

SSD 240GB purchase
Due to my own recent pace down (further slow pace), the planned work is not progressing at all, but I made it a cause of the machine (main machine) and speeded up I thought about trying.
The reason for sticking to this machine (VY24A/W-5) is that it has "FDD, serial / parallel port, built-in PC card slot".
Even though it is faster, I'm not trying to stay ahead of the rest of the world, and I'm a follower, but it seems in the world that "SSD storage" is effective, so I tried it.
However, I hesitated to use the " 1TB-SSD " to replace the existing " 1TB-HDD ".
Because the price is still high, it is not easy to replace it when it breaks.
So, I bought " UMAX S330 240GB " and bought "OS- Win10 I tried to improve the work by putting only and files for updating the site" Garakutaen " (Fig.1, including shipping fee of 3,200 yen)
The result of the remounting as Fig.2 [clikc]. ... I don't really understand. I'm not sure if the benchmark is fast or slow.
Is it a little faster in terms of experience ?!! However, I haven't used it enough yet, so I can't praise it.
I've spent a lot of time wrapping up and copying everything I need (at the moment) and what I don't need (at the moment).
C drive was cloned once for about 4 hours, and it was redone about 3 times including failure, so it took a total of 12 hours.
The D drive took about 12 hours to clone the whole thing.
However, although many of these data groups are like garbage, I think there is no loss in leaving them.
In rare cases, old materials and data can be useful.
+++ Split and expand +++
I have always had a habit of dividing the HDD into two small (C:) and large (D:) ones, and placing the OS and small items on the C drive and a large amount of data on the D drive.
I want to move the entire contents of the (small) C drive (80GB) to this "SSD-240GB" so that the OS ( Win10 ) can be booted from there.
I want to put a large amount of data in the D drive (920GB), but since the connection is only "USB2.0", there is no "how to put the current HDD in place".
Fortunately, there is an external " Buffalo HD-CXU2 1TB ", so I tried to make it a (cloned) D drive.
The result of executing it is as shown in Fig.4 [click], and there is no contradiction in the apps installed on the D drive from the OS ( Win10 ) on the C drive. Can be called.
However, when the clone was created, " HD-CXU2 " was "G drive", but I changed later the drive name to "D drive". (Can be rewritten with the "management tool" of the OS)
The removed " HDD-1TB " will be saved as it is for a while.
