Your Optimus System 719 is a high quality sound system that combines a 
precision AM/FM stereo digital tuner, a dual-cassette deck, a five-disc 
automatic CD changer, and a five-band equalizer to give excellent sound and 
versatility.  You can operate many of the System 719's functions with the
remote control.  The supplied speakers let you immediately begin using your
system.

The Optimus System 719 consists of two units:

* a high-power amplifier unit 

* a multi-component system unit that includes a 5-disc CD changer, a digital
  synthesizer stereo tuner, a stereo preamplifier, a dual dubbing cassette 
  deck.

HIGH-POWER AMPLIFIER FEATURES

150 Watts Per-Channel-Produces crisp, clear sound even at high volume 
levels.  

High/Low Meter Range Selector-lets you choose either high or low level sound 
from your speakers.


5-DISK AUTOMATIC CD CHANGER FEATURES

Five-Disc Automatic CD Changer-lets you load and play up to five CDs for
extended CD playback.  

Audible Search- lets you rapidly play a CD in either direction to locate a 
desired section of a track.

Automatic Search Music System (ASMS)-lets you select any track from the
loaded CDs.

Sequence Track Programming-lets you program up to 32 selections to play in 
any order you choose.

Reserve Play-lets you select up to 10 tracks each from a maximum of any 15
CDs, and store them in reserve memory.

Repeat Play-automatically repeats all CDs in the compartment, a programmed
sequence of selections, or a single track.

Digital Display-shows you the current CD and track number, and the elapsed 
time of the current track.  

3-Inch CD Compatible-lets you use the regular 5-inch or the special 3-inch
CDs.

DIGITAL SYNTHESIZER STEREO TUNER FEATURES 

Digital Synthesized Tuning-eliminates tuning drift by locking the tuner on
the selected channel. 

Preset Tuning Memories-store 30 of your favorite stations in memory for
quick, one-button tuning.

STEREO PRE-AMPLIFIER

Six Selectable Functions-let you select any one of six audio input sources
for listening or recording.

5-Band Frequency Equalizer-lets you precisely adjust the tone and sound to
your preference and your room's unique acoustics.  

Extended Bass-lets you accentuate the low-bass sounds during low volume
listening.

Surround Sound-lets you listen to surround sound encoded recordings.

DUAL DUBBING CASSETTE DECK FEATURES

Dolby B Noise Reduction System-greatly reduces tape hiss to enhance dynamic
range and sound quality.  

Synchro-Start Tape Dubbing-lets you start dubbing with the touch of a
button.  

Consecutive Play-consecutively plays two tapes

The CD changer in this stereo system is made and tested to meet exacting
safety standards.  It meets UL and FCC requirements and complies with safety
performance standards of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. 

Caution:  Most material on compact discs or pre-recorded tapes is
copyrighted.  It is a violation of copyright laws to duplicate copyrighted 
material.  Duplication of copyrighted material could result in fines and or
imprisonment.  

For your permanent records, we recommend you record the serial numbers of 
the components in the space provided below.  The serial numbers are on each 
component's back panel
