In case anybody asks, the code for the casio remote control watch that
will run our radio shack televisions is 17.  (trial and error figured it
out.)  The procedure for determining a code that is not in the OM is as
follows:

1. Turn on the TV you are trying to operate and aim the watch's IR
   transmitter toward the television's IR window (stand as close to the TV
   as possible).

2. Press and hold set until the display starts blinking (approx. 2
   seconds).

3. Press <power> repeatedly and slowly (you will notice the numbers
   advance every other time the button is depressed.

4. When the television shuts off, quit pressing buttons and look at the
   display.  It will be showing the program code for that TV.

5. Return to normal operation by depressing the set button. The television
   volume, channels, and power can now be controlled by the watch.
   VCR's can be programmed in the same way.

   After completing step 2 above press select to switch to VCR mode,
   then proceed with remaining steps for the VCR.

Testing has shown that the watch controles only 3 of the current Radio
Shack products.

TV      16-255          CODE 29         Works power, channel,
                       and volume.

VCR     16-625          CODE 30         Works all tuner and cassette
                                        function.

VCR     16-532          CODE 16         Works all tuner and cassette
                                        functions.

One function not mentioned in the owners manuel that makes selecting 
an unknown code much easyer, is that while in code select mode the power 
button will increment the code every 2 two times that the power button 
is presed.  This allows the user to scrool threw unknowns and test each 
one, using one button.

Remember URC programs are out dated before the product hits the shelf.  
Most URC codes are more sucessfull on products from 1 to 6 years of age.
