1.  This equipment has been registered with the FCC for direct connection
    to the telephone network.  Under the FCC program, no customer is
    authorized to repair this equipment.  This applies to equipment both
    in and out of warranty.  If such unauthorized repair is performed, the
    registration of the equipment for direct connection to the network
    will be null and void.  If the equipment is still in warranty, the
    remainder of the warranty period will also be null and void.

2.  It is the responsibility of users requiring service to report the need
    for service to a local Radio Shack store.  They will make the
    necessary arrangements for repair or replacement.
