When you listen to your stereo, adjust the following controls to suit your
listening preferences.

PUSH RADIO - Press the left inner knob to turn the stereo on or off.

VOLUME - Turn the left inner knob to adjust the volume.

  Warning:  To protect your hearing, do not listen at high volume levels.
            Slowly increase the volume to a comfortable listening level.

TONE - Turn the left outer knob to adjust for the best treble and bass
       balance.  Turning it clockwise reduces the bass while turning it
       counterclockwise reduces the treble.

PUSH FADER - Push and turn the left outer knob for the desired balance
             between the front and rear speakers.

BALANCE - Turn the right outer knob for the desired balance between the
          left and right speakers.

TUNING - Turn the right inner knob in either direction to select the
         desired AM or FM station.


SETTING THE CLOCK

1.  Turn on the stereo and wait 5 seconds until the display shows the
    clock.

2.  While you press down F/C (frequency/clock), turn TUNING
    counterclockwise until the display shows the correct hour.

  Note: You can momentarily turn and release TUNING to slowly advance
        the displayed hour or minute on digit at a time, or turn and
        hold TUNING to rapidly advance them.

3.  While you press and hold down F/C, turn TUNING clockwise until the
    display shows the correct minute.

4.  When the display shows the correct time, release F/C.
