Before formatting the Tandy 2100 hard drive, WAOL will need to be backed
up.

To do this:

1. Format one 1.44 MB floppy disk without the system.  FORMAT A: <ENTER>

2. CD into the WAOL directory on drive C:>.

3. Type XCOPY C: A: /S /E <ENTER>
   This will copy all files and subdirectories in the WAOL directory.

To reinstall WAOL on the hard drive, do the following:

1. At the C:\> prompt, type MKDIR WAOL <ENTER>

2. Type XCOPY A: C: /S /E <ENTER>

To create the America On Line group and icon in Windows, do the following:

1. Click on FILE
2. Click on NEW
3. Click on Program Group
4. Type in the description "America On Line".
5. Click on OK.

Now, open File Manager, set the screen up so that the America On Line Group
and File Manager are both on the screen. At this point:

6. Click and Hold the mouse button on the file WAOL.EXE (in File Manager),
   drag the file over to the New Group box and drop the file (release the
   mouse button).

The Icon is created and the properties are set up for that file
automatically.
