The character width tables on pages 122-125 and 138-143 do not include the 
space after each character. To calculate the actual printing width, add 6 
to each number (this represents the trailing space width).

Also, please note that the width of the space code (32 dec, 20 hex) is 30 
for courier, 26 for elite (this includes the normal trailing space width).
