Micro Kitchen Light - Viewing Current Recipes.

To access the Recipe List, do the following:

1.   From the WinMate Screen click on "IN CHARGE". 

2.   Click on "Micro Kitchen Light".

3.   Click on "File".

4.   Click on "Open".

5.   Click on "Micro.y" and click on "OK".
     MICRO.Y is the actual file containing the recipes.

6.   Click on "Search", click on "Index" and click on "Name".

7.   Click on "OK."

This will bring up a list of recipes in alphabetical order.  Click on 
"Continue Search" for the next page. The recipes can also list by:
     Key Ingredients
     Preparation
     Cuisine
     Source ( If you have added in another Recipe Book )
     Number
