To load the EMM386.EXE driver on the 3800 HD these parameters must be used.

DEVICE=C:\DOS\HIMEM.SYS
DOS=HIGH, UMB
DEVICE=C:\DOS\EMM386.EXE NOEMS X=A000-C7FF I=C800-DFFF X=E000-EFFF

If these parameters are not used the driver will not load and consequently
no other driver can be loaded high with the devicehigh or loadhigh commands.
The upper memory area between E000 and EFFF is already in use by the system.
The C800 through DFFF are will give 96K bytes in which to load subsequent
drivers high.
