There are 5 .zip files, and you need them all.  Uncompress each .zip
onto a diskette (360k or larger).  Label the disks as follows:

    dm300dk1.zip     Disk 1: Startup Disk, Desktop
    dm300dk2.zip     Disk 2: Address Book, Calendar, Phone Book, Text
    dm300dk3.zip     Disk 3: Draw, PC-Link, Worksheet
    dm300dk4.zip     Disk 4: Filer, Form Setup, Telecom
    dm300dk5.zip     Disk 5: Dictionary, Hangman

Boot DOS (or open a command prompt), insert Disk 1, and type:

    desk        To run DeskMate from floppy disks

To install on a hard drive, create a directory on the drive, copy
all the files from all the disks into that directory, then put this
line in AUTOEXEC.BAT:

    SET DMCONFIG=C:\DESKMATE

(Change to wherever you installed DeskMate.)  Change to the install
directory before running the program, as in this sample batch file:

    C:
    CD \DESKMATE
    DESK
