   - Removal of bugs:
     + Key repeat can not be adequately halted depending on

   - Functional changes:
     + Input key combination on Newton keyboard is changed as

     + Crystal types are now specified by command options.
     + Command options are now case insensitive.
     + Usage display is now shown if the driver encounters an
       invalid command option.

   - New Functions
     + Following command options are added.

       -1   Identify clock speed as x2.02 (32.00 MHz).
       -2   Identify clock speed as x2.27 (36.00 MHz).
       -e   Simulate [ESC] by Ctrl+[.
       -a   Swap Right arrow and Up arrow.
       -k   Make inverted-T shape layout for cursor keys, with
            [/(Slash)] working as [UP].

   - Removal of bugs:
     + Changed expressions in readme.txt for accuracy.
     + Function, assigned to [Shift]+[Space] by EXkey, now 
       works correctly.

   - Functional changes:
     + Cut down the amount of stack consumed by the interrupt
       routines.
     + Keyboard ID signal generated by the Newton keyboard
       after power-up is now neglected and is not regarded as
       keystrokes.
     + Improved the comm port interrupt routine.
     + Response speed to keystrokes is increased (by a factor
       of 3 maximum).
     + Wordings of messages are modified.

   - New Functions:
     + Following command option is added.

       -n   PowerBook like key-bind.

   - Removal of bugs:
     + Eliminated the abnormal key repetition after the closing 
       of Filer application on the System Manager of the 
       HP200LX.
     + Eliminated the incorrect break key code generated when 
       Apple key is released before other key combined with it.

   - Functional changes:
     + Enabled the connection of Filer to a host PC through 
       COM1,by disabling the driver with Alt+Ctrl+.(Period), 
       without a need to terminate and restart the System 
       Manager. 

   - New Functions:
     + Apple+\(BackSlash) combination on Newton keyboard now 
       works as a MENU key on HP-LX.
     + Enabled the BREAK key function with combinations of 
       Ctrl+Apple+/(Slash) or Ctrl+Apple+\(BackSlash) on Newton
       keyboard
